Bingay Main Coking Coal Project

Bingay Main coking coal deposit is located in British Columbia’s Elk Valley (the “Asset”). The Asset is currently in the final exploration stage with a NI43-101 compliant Geological Report released in February 2011, and a NI43-101 formatted Pre feasibility Study released in April2012.

Exploration to date has indicated a coal deposit with total resources of approximately 200 million raw tonnes, consisting of 98% coking coal, of which 100 million tonnes are measured and indicated.
